A NEW drive to promote healthy lifestyles has been launched by a youth group. The Harmony Youth Project has joined forces with Sainsbury’s, Bolton Council and health experts to encourage family to live healthy lives. Founder Charlie Barrett believes the new Phizzy Pop scheme is a way for locals with weight problems to get help. He said: “Locals with weight issues can really gain from this scheme, including both underweight and overweight people, it’s about promoting a healthier lifestyle.” Diane Shuttleworth, a support worker for Harmony, said: “This could potentially continue forever and help locals to change their habits for the better.”.
