Harmony Youth Project

At Harmony Youth Project, we believe every young person deserves the chance to succeed, no matter their starting point. We work with 8–25 year olds through music, film, photography, mentoring and skills development, helping them build confidence, discover their talents and create real opportunities for their future.

But we know creativity alone isn’t enough if a family is struggling. That’s why we also run a busy community food bank, supporting local families facing hardship. Because sometimes the first step towards confidence, learning and growth is simply knowing there’s food on the table.

Together, we’re creating a stronger Bolton where every young person has the chance to shine.

Our Partners!

Bolton Youth Offending Team – working with young people aged 10 to 17 and their families, they have one simple aim which is to reduce criminal offences amongst children and young people.

Bolton Youth Challenge – An alternative educational provision for key stage 3 and 4 pupils. They offer the young people a variety of informal education options including vocational studies and enrichment activities.

Bolton Connexions – Offering professional and impartial careers information, advice and guidance to young people aged 13-19. Including those in NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and will also provide help to young people with learning difficulties or disabilities, with their move into further education, training or employment.

Jobcentre Plus – Provides services primarily to those attempting to find employment and to those requiring financial provision. They provide an allowance to assist with the living costs and expenditure intrinsic to the effort to achieve employment.
